Joseph M. Saffioti has extensive general practice experience, with a concentration in residential and commercial real estate, real estate development, business organization, estate planning, trusts, landlord/tenant, and commercial litigation. Representative projects for his clients include business organization, real estate development, revocable and irrevocable trust, estate settlement, and commercial litigation. Mr. Saffioti has served as counsel to the Town of Newburgh Planning Board and regularly advises clients on zoning and planning matters. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association.
A lifelong Newburgh resident, Joe attended Newburgh schools and graduated from Albany State University with honors in 1981. While in Albany, he served as a legislative intern to the N.Y.S.Assembly. Joe received his law degree from Buffalo Law School, graduating with honors in 1984. He resides in Newburgh with his wife, Kim, and daughter, Isabella.
